Regretting my choice of SIM provider.

I truly regret not discarding the SIM card a long time ago. After recharging with a specific plan that promised 1000 minutes, I found that my balance vanished after just 15 minutes of use. While the internet is generally decent, it disconnects at the most inconvenient times. The app and customer service are the worst; I never seem to get any issues resolved by reaching out to them. I once made about 45 calls, spending nearly two hours, which only added to my frustration. After recharging, I found it still didn't work, and they suggested I recharge again, which I did, only to face the same problem and lose more money. Recently, during an important call, the internet cut out, and despite having a 35 GB balance, I was prompted to recharge again. It's incredibly frustrating dealing with technology that lacks proper support.
