I've been buying from this company for over a year. Although I'm not an expert in western cooking, I've had some successes and a few failures. I’ve learned the different cooking times and methods for various cuts of beef. I finally discovered my favorite Picanha M9+ that everyone who tastes my cooking praises me like a master chef! I’m still learning and hope to maximize the quality of the meat. One suggestion would be for the company to pre-cut larger portions into family sizes, like slicing foie gras or halving short ribs, as I sometimes want to cook for two without defrosting a large piece.
