I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend staying away from this company! My steak stone arrived damaged, and the customer service was horrendous. A representative dismissed my concerns despite providing multiple photos of the damage. He claimed everything was fine and refused to take responsibility, leaving me unable to return the item. His unprofessionalism and rudeness were shocking. I even considered returning it in person, but due to the costs and distrust, I refrained. I asked about the location of their store to exchange the item, but I received a curt 'No we do not.' This raises doubts about their business address. Don't be misled by their polished website; I would rate them zero stars if possible.
