I had a terrible experience with this company and will not be returning. I ordered two items in October 2025 and was informed they were on backorder. As Christmas approached, I reached out when they still hadn't arrived. They claimed the items were delivered but could not provide proof of delivery to a specific address. After a back-and-forth with representatives, I was told they don't issue refunds for delivered items, leaving me to investigate the missing package myself. Their dismissive response and lack of accountability were unacceptable, and I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
