I had a deeply frustrating experience with the company. After ordering a specific set, I was informed via email that it was out of stock and asked if a different product could be sent instead. I responded promptly, clearly stating my preference for the original item and denying any substitution. They proceeded to send the replacement regardless. From December 30, 2025, to January 7, 2026, I reached out multiple times seeking a resolution. Instead of addressing my concerns, they insisted their Terms & Conditions permitted substitutions, despite my prior rejection. When I inquired about resolving the issue, they offered a return to a UK address without a prepaid label, unfairly placing the burden of international return shipping on me for an item I never consented to receive. According to U.S. law, items sent without consent are considered unsolicited, meaning I am not obliged to return or pay for it. I never received the product I ordered and have filed a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. This is among the worst customer service I've encountered. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.
