After signing up, I learned it required a $99 purchase, which was not clear beforehand. When I tried to buy the goggles, they were sold out, yet the promotion continued to entice customers. Customer support (the bot) acknowledged the misleading nature of the promotion and promised to unsubscribe me, but I still received emails shortly after. This feels deceptive and careless. I cannot recommend this seller if you value transparency and reliable service.
