Worst customer service experience EVER. I ordered boots that took way too long to arrive. By the time they got to me, I was out of town. I immediately initiated a return upon getting home bc they didn't fit but was told too much time had passed. The rep dragged this out over THREE MONTHS before just straight up ghosting me. I outlined the situation and she agreed that it was their fault but would not except a return and tried to blame it on their carrier. I have all the emails in case they have something to say about this review. Will NEVER order from them again and I encourage everyone else to avoid them like the plague.

Frustrating stock issues

Like others, I placed an order only to be told the item was “out of stock.” They suggested a substitute, but I opted for a partial refund. Since then, I have received no communication about the refund or shipment. My bank requires the seller to process the full refund (over $200), and I'm feeling stuck as my emails go to a bot and the phone line is always “unavailable.”

Struggling to get a refund - poor service

I placed an order and waited a few days only to be told the item was not in stock... now it's been over a week waiting for a refund... completely useless. No customer service, just a bot. I am now disputing the charge with my card provider to try and get my money back. Avoid this deceptive seller.

Misleading Promotions & Frustrating Customer Experience

I usually avoid negative reviews, but my experience was frustrating enough to share. They ran a “free goggles” promotion advertised as a reward for signing up with an email. After signing up, I learned it required a $99 purchase, which was not clear beforehand. When I tried to buy the goggles, they were sold out, yet the promotion continued to entice customers. Customer support (the bot) acknowledged the misleading nature of the promotion and promised to unsubscribe me, but I still received emails shortly after. This feels deceptive and careless. I cannot recommend this seller if you value transparency and reliable service.

Delivery took longer than expected

The website indicated “~15 days for delivery.” It actually took 30 days since it was shipped from overseas. If you like these glasses, consider finding a local dealer instead.

Pleasant first experience
