Terrible experience with my order

I placed an order for a shower head for my steam shower on 5 September 2025. Three months have passed, and I have yet to receive the part. The company has provided multiple excuses but no solutions. I recommend avoiding this seller. My order was minor, and I'm starting to doubt their inventory. It feels more like a catalog than a reliable service.
