I ordered a workbench for my partner, but one of the nine boxes was missing a part. When I inquired, they claimed there was nothing they could do since scanning a box confirms the entire package. I requested to see the video footage of the packages being loaded onto the delivery truck, but they refused and seemed indifferent about leaving me without the missing piece. Consequently, I cannot recommend their products.
