I ordered a workbench for my husband, but one of the nine boxes was missing a part. When I inquired about it, I was told there was nothing they could do; scanning a box confirms the entire package. I requested to review the video footage of the packages being loaded onto the delivery truck, but they insisted there was no action they could take and seemed indifferent to my situation. Consequently, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

We bought a greenhouse with polycarbonate panels around two and a half years ago. Although the instructions were somewhat unclear, we managed to assemble it, and it has held up well until now. Unfortunately, the panels have started to deteriorate, developing holes and cracks. The company has offered to replace the panels since they are still under warranty, but I question the value of a product that requires rebuilding every couple of years. If it's unable to withstand our climate, I don't see it being worthwhile long-term.
Not the best purchase; I had to use my own screws to ensure it was water-tight. The screws and instructions were inadequate, leading to significant leaks. I spent around 1500 on both of my large sheds, and the quality of the flashings is very poor. This will be my first and last purchase.

Now, I’m seeking advice on how to return the product at their expense for a full refund.
I wouldn't recommend these sheds. Ours rusted completely within two years. When we raised the issue, they claimed our proximity to the sea was the problem. We are just one kilometer from a coastal inlet with no significant waves, which is common in the area.
There were no clear instructions for assembly, leading to multiple redo attempts. The structure is flimsy and has fully collapsed in the wind. If one panel pops out, you have to partially dismantle the entire unit to fix it. A waste of $10,000.
I bought a small shed for our garden, believing it would be easy to assemble. That was not the case. A local handyman refused to help after previously assembling one and said he would never do it again. I wish I had consulted him before making the purchase! The assembly instructions were unclear, and a pop rivet gun was required—how many people have that on hand? I had to use extra bolts and screws to make it stable. The company provided no assistance in response to our inquiries. It took us two full days to finish once we borrowed the pop rivet gun and learned to use it.
