I ordered a workbench for my husband, but one of the nine boxes was missing a part. When I inquired about it, I was told there was nothing they could do; scanning a box confirms the entire package. I requested to review the video footage of the packages being loaded onto the delivery truck, but they insisted there was no action they could take and seemed indifferent to my situation. Consequently, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.
