I am a student that needs good headphones, after hours of researching i Founf the Artic 5 and I was excited to buy them. The excitement is now gone, since it has been 10 days since my order and after writing to support, they answered with the standard automatic answer. after 5 days. Basically just saying "We did not forget about you, we are experiencing high amount of orders". That I understand. But I would expect much more care for a company like this one. I wanted to avoid giving money to the big A this time, but I should have .... I do not think it is ok to take the money and let the customer wait also for support. I really needed them for school and also I am experiencing
