Terrible customer support and bad delivery times.

I am a student that needs good headphones, after hours of researching i Founf the Artic 5 and I was excited to buy them. The excitement is now gone, since it has been 10 days since my order and after writing to support, they answered with the standard automatic answer. after 5 days. Basically just saying "We did not forget about you, we are experiencing high amount of orders". That I understand. But I would expect much more care for a company like this one. I wanted to avoid giving money to the big A this time, but I should have .... I do not think it is ok to take the money and let the customer wait also for support. I really needed them for school and also I am experiencing

⭐ 1 Star – Unacceptable customer service and warranty management I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and warranty handling from the company. My speakers were defective upon delivery (intermittent left speaker due to a cable/connector issue). Even though this was recognized as a hardware fault, the resolution process took weeks with numerous delays, conflicting information, and unnecessary obstacles. Key issues: I was informed multiple times that no replacement stock was available, only to later be told that stock was indeed available. I was denied a refund despite the product being faulty upon arrival and after referencing consumer rights. I was directed towards a store voucher instead of a proper replacement or refund. I was asked to physically destroy my speakers before any resolution could be provided — an unreasonable request under the circumstances. The final voucher amount did not align with my original payment, despite assurances from the support team. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and dismissive, with the burden of responsibility constantly placed back on me. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially since I was overseas during part of this time and had clearly communicated this. I expected much more from a so-called “premium” brand.

Steelseries delivery

I only bought from SteelSeries because I trusted their promised delivery date, but they never even sent a tracking number. Customer service blamed being “busy” and offered a discount I will never use, since I won’t order from them ever again. Their delivery estimates are completely unreliable, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Highly disappointed.

I got Arctics 9X..

I got Arctics 9X... and it sucks big time, I can use them with my PC and my phone, but headset always fail in connection with PC or phone.. It says .. for xbox... but thats triple shit, it should have worked for PC, xBox and others, but it does not. It is just shit... I regret..

No refund after sending back headset

I ordered in the official SteelSeries shop and after sending back the headset because it didn't meet my expectations I didn't receive a refund 2 weeks after I sent back the package.The supporter "Aurora" or whatever their real name is, reiterates that there is some company policy that causes the delay in refund, but in the end SteelSeries' company policy isn't above the law. I lawfully withdrawn from the purchase contract according to EU law and still they are not complying with it and withholding my refund. I needed to open a PayPal complaint.

We just bought a 2nd pair an the mic…

We just bought a 2nd pair an the mic doesn't work for my iPad. It keeps going in and out. The first pair worked. Good for awhile than had the mix issue than bought another pair only a few days old an still have the same issue
