Had/have a problem with my microphone on my Arctis 7s. The only solutions the rep gave me was to plug it and bypass the wireless 2.4gz, and to make sure all the settings were correct.Well all the settings were correct. And one: I plugged the headset into my PC directly like he said, and it didn't even work. My PC picked it up but the audio never worked. And two: why would I purchase a headset, to have to plug it in for it to work properly? This rep never responded back. 👍
