I can't comprehend how a brand known for quality and design can have such a poorly functioning online store. I received promotional emails all autumn/winter, but when I tried to use them, they were not applicable to my region. Why send these emails if they can't filter who receives them? I reported this to customer support, but nothing changed. Even when I finally got a promotion valid for my area, my order was canceled due to stock issues. Terrible service and a poorly managed online store—it's truly disappointing.
