Even though there's a sign at the register stating that returns are accepted within 30 days, I was denied a refund for a coat I bought just a day earlier (I realized it was too big after taking it home). I returned it the next day, completely clean with tags and receipt, but they only allowed an exchange, and they had no smaller size available! I have a photo of the sign confirming their policy, but they outright refused and claimed they weren't obligated to comply. Disappointing.
