Misleading return policy

Even though there's a sign at the register stating that returns are accepted within 30 days, I was denied a refund for a coat I bought just a day earlier (I realized it was too big after taking it home). I returned it the next day, completely clean with tags and receipt, but they only allowed an exchange, and they had no smaller size available! I have a photo of the sign confirming their policy, but they outright refused and claimed they weren't obligated to comply. Disappointing.

Incomplete order and full charge

I received an incomplete order but was charged full price. My wife ordered a sweater and two pairs of pants, yet they charged us fully without refunding for the missing sweater.

Difficult return process

Everything seems fine until something goes wrong. I ordered several women's clothing items, and one came with an anti-theft device. I didn't notice it right away, and when I contacted them, they simply said to return it without any guidance. Three months later, I still have no idea how to send it back.

Disappointing quality of purchase

I bought a long red vest online for 250€, but upon opening the package, I found it was orange instead of red. Additionally, as soon as I tried it on, two buttons fell off. It's such a shame to spend so much for such poor quality.

Complicated return policy

I received my regular order in three separate packages, arriving at different times over a week. When I tried to return them, it was impossible since they provide only one return label for all items! I discovered this only after receiving an email stating they could not provide another return label.

Frustrating online store experience

I can't comprehend how a brand known for quality and design can have such a poorly functioning online store. I received promotional emails all autumn/winter, but when I tried to use them, they were not applicable to my region. Why send these emails if they can't filter who receives them? I reported this to customer support, but nothing changed. Even when I finally got a promotion valid for my area, my order was canceled due to stock issues. Terrible service and a poorly managed online store—it's truly disappointing.

Declining quality in products

The quality of knitted items has deteriorated over the years. I ordered a cashmere sweater online, and it was nothing like the previous ones I owned. It's disappointing—thinner, less soft, and more prone to pilling. At this price point, I'd prefer to buy elsewhere for better quality.
