I wanted to express our gratitude for the fantastic time we had in Rovaniemi. Although our first day was delayed due to heavy snow, it ultimately added to our experience in the following days. Thank you for being available and making a tremendous effort to ensure we were taken care of when our flight was diverted, rearranging our plans so we didn’t miss out. Each activity was exceptional, and I could rave about the knowledgeable hosts at the husky and reindeer experiences, all of whom contributed to a wonderful time. The commitment of the elves was impressive! The Santa experience was truly fantastic, filled with mystery that made the kids feel like they were visiting him at home. We captured amazing photos and videos, but most importantly, we created lasting memories.
