I truly appreciate their assistance, especially when they went out of their way to retrieve my suitcase from the airport. They also provided exceptional care for my elderly mother, ensuring she could participate in all the enjoyable activities. This made it a truly magical holiday for our entire family! We highly recommend the husky ride at Bear Hill. Traveling later in December is advisable for a higher chance of snow, which truly enhances the beauty of Lapland. From booking to our stay in Rovaniemi, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the representative who provided valuable advice and information throughout our journey. We would definitely choose to travel with this company again.
