I’ve ordered from this shop many times without issues, spending hundreds of Euros because I love plants. However, this time, one plant arrived sick and dying. I reached out via email with images but haven’t received a reply in two weeks despite sending three emails. There’s no phone number available. Previously, payment options allowed for dispute resolution, but now it’s only credit card or immediate payment. I’m downgrading my review to one star as I’ve received no response or compensation after numerous emails.
