Unacceptable Condition of Plants Received

Two plants costing over €600 arrived in drenched pots with root rot and were entirely unsalvageable. I provided ample photographic evidence, yet it took more than a month to receive any response. When they finally did respond, there were no solutions offered, and communication ceased. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it feels risky to hope for a healthy plant. If possible, I would rate this experience with negative stars. Customers deserve better treatment!

Plants Arrived in Poor Condition

Two plants costing over €600 arrived in excessively wet pots with root rot, making them completely unsalvageable. I sent clear photographic evidence, but it took over a month to receive a response. When I finally heard back, there were no solutions offered, and communication stopped entirely. This company has been extremely frustrating to deal with, and it feels like a gamble to receive a healthy plant. If I could, I would give negative stars. Customers should receive better service!

Curious About the Plant Variety

I was a bit anxious about the shipping time for my order, so I reached out via email. I didn’t receive a response, but the next day I got the tracking number. Everything arrived alive, though there was slight damage to the leaves. However, the gift was a healthy baby plant! Unfortunately, the variegated one seems to have reverted somewhat, but at least it’s still doing well. I’m excited to see these three plants thrive! Thank you!

My Plants Are Flourishing

My plants are thriving, while my self-control is not. 🌿😅 I thought I’d just get one, and now I have three orders that make my living room look like a tropical paradise. The packaging was impeccable, and the plants are healthier than I am after a green smoothie. The customer service is like a thriving plant: full of heart and resilient. This shop is a tempting place for those with discerning taste and limited space. 10/10, would indulge again!

Disappointed with Customer Support

I was very pleased with this company until I placed a €230 order that never shipped. I’ve emailed them for two weeks with no response. At the very least, they could have explained the situation, but nothing. I'm really upset because I liked their plants; it’s just the customer support that leaves much to be desired.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

The customer service was terrible. The plants arrived overwatered, leaving me with smelly soil and mushy, dying plants. I cannot recommend this company.

From Regular to Disappointing

I’ve ordered from this shop many times without issues, spending hundreds of Euros because I love plants. However, this time, one plant arrived sick and dying. I reached out via email with images but haven’t received a reply in two weeks despite sending three emails. There’s no phone number available. Previously, payment options allowed for dispute resolution, but now it’s only credit card or immediate payment. I’m downgrading my review to one star as I’ve received no response or compensation after numerous emails.

Avoid This Seller

I ordered a plant in July, but it arrived in terrible condition. The soil was overly wet and tightly packed in a plastic bag, and most roots and new growth were already rotten. Initially, they responded to my emails but blamed me for not selecting express shipping. If that’s the case, why offer standard shipping if they can’t pack the plants properly? They also shipped my order on a Tuesday, contrary to their stated policy. A healthy plant shouldn’t be in such poor condition after six days of shipping. They refused to take responsibility and only offered a small store credit for my next order, which I never received. After weeks of emails, they stopped responding until recently, but the issue remains unresolved.

Damaged Plant and Lack of Support

I ordered a specific plant that arrived with two leaves completely broken. I contacted the support team a week ago, but they only replied once and then vanished. I’m left with a damaged plant and no assistance from them.
