Stellantis has sunk to outright dishonesty. I had a vehicle on lease for five years without any issues. Trusting the brand, I decided to lease another vehicle through the same company. In November 2024, I received the new vehicle. The salesperson had arranged for an inspection of my previous vehicle months prior. However, I continued to receive lease invoices for the old vehicle even though the lease had clearly ended. When I contacted the company, their response was shocking: they blamed me for the inspection not being done and insisted I continue payments. Yet, the dealership fulfilled all their responsibilities. My recommendation? They not only provide subpar vehicles but also act with complete disregard for their customers. And the new vehicle? It’s been recalled twice under 10,000 km for serious issues.
