Recueved my stop drive notice for my Citroën due to airbag recall late june 2025. Had the recall completed 12th September 2025 and was told I would be refunded for the £1100 I had to spend on taxis to get to work and to collect my groceries at the weekend. We are now heading into March 2026 and I still have had no refund. I must have spent at least 20hrs calling the customer care team. They tell me to ring recall team, they tell me to ring customer care and back and forth I have gone for nearly 6 months now. I've sent in my invoices twice now. I've had 5 different case numbers. The amount of times call centre agents just hang up on me Ive lost count. Im writing a formal complaint this weekend because I'm at the end of my tether. They will have 28 days not to reply but to pay me or the next step is the ombudsman because they can't fob the ombudsman off like they have fobbed me off for the last 6 months. I was told the refund would be no more than 21 business days and I begged them to have the refund done back in time for Xmas which they assured me it would be. Its lies upon lies and lots of false promise. The company should be in court over this. I even said to the last agent who promised to escalate and fix this issue for me if I'd have know how hard it was to get my money back I'd have just continued to drive the car and I'd still have my £1100 pounds. I'd have rather took the chance the car could kill me at any given moment that's how sick I am of stellantis. I hope eventually everyone gets there money back and I hope stellantis are fined tens of millions of pounds for there poor practice.
Do not buy any Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram or Fiat products. This companies customer service is complete garbage I have had better customer service from a cat! 23 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi 69,4XX miles and the heater core erupted cause my whole cab to fill up with smoke I had to pull over and stand outside my vehicle to air it out. Tried calling into customer service for a goodwill repair due to an obvious manufacturing defect I am a master mechanic and master diagnostician for the automotive world and I can't get one helpful person who actually knows cars to understand why its a defect heater cores do not erupt at 2 years old 69,4Xx miles yet alone the dash board gets so hot its melting crap and ive seen 6 23-26 promasters and rams experiencing this as well! They know about the problem and they are choosing to ignore their customers safety and well being because they don't want to fix it! Inhaling coolant in a smoke form is DEADLY and the dash boards getting so hot its melting crap putting the radio in protective mode and burning you when you touch it is a FIRE HAZARD! its no wonder the heater cores are failing the dashes are getting so hot its melting them!
I bought a lightly used vehicle from the company. The sales service was very unprofessional and communication was poor, leading to considerable delays in delivery. After owning the car for just a month, I found that it could no longer be locked. I reached out to the support team several times, but the earliest workshop appointment offered was a month later. After that, they completely stopped replying to my emails. In summary, the quality of service I received was unacceptable.
Terrible experience with unethical practices! We purchased a vehicle from a dealer and signed all necessary documents before going on vacation. Upon our return, we received an email stating that the purchase had been cancelled by the main office. After several calls, we learned that it was due to a pricing error and the main office had voided the sale. We were shocked; the price was not excessively low or obviously incorrect, so their actions seem utterly appalling! My husband has been dealing with personal issues, and this purchase was meant to signify a new beginning for us. It’s disgraceful that they can sign a contract and then back out when they made a mistake, leaving us with no car and financial loss from train tickets we bought to collect the vehicle. The main office should be ashamed of their treatment of us. This has only added to our stress during what should be a joyful season, and we are now left scrambling for another vehicle. We are not just numbers; we are real people, and the way we have been treated is unacceptable! I hope that negative publicity and my complaints will help prevent this from happening to others.
My experience with the company has been incredibly disappointing. I had a vehicle on lease for five years without any problems. Trusting the brand, I decided to lease another car through them. After taking delivery of the new vehicle, I was shocked to continue receiving lease invoices for my previous car, despite the lease being clearly over. When I reached out to the company, their response was unacceptable, blaming me for the situation. They claimed the vehicle was at the dealership for too long and insisted I keep paying. This was despite the dealership fulfilling their obligations. I advise others to be cautious, as the quality of their vehicles is questionable, and my new car has already faced multiple recalls within a short period. Very disappointing overall.
I purchased a 2025 model and encountered numerous issues. After reaching out for assistance, I spoke with one representative who confirmed I met the criteria for a buyback. A second representative followed up, providing me with a case number and also stated I qualified. She mentioned she would escalate it to management. However, three days later, a third representative contacted me with a new case number, stating she would review my situation. When she got back to me a few days later, she informed me that I did not qualify for a buyback. It feels like they sold me a defective vehicle and are unwilling to provide support when needed. They received my 70,000 dollars and seem indifferent to my concerns. Service after the sale? Far from satisfactory.
Stellantis has sunk to outright dishonesty. I had a vehicle on lease for five years without any issues. Trusting the brand, I decided to lease another vehicle through the same company. In November 2024, I received the new vehicle. The salesperson had arranged for an inspection of my previous vehicle months prior. However, I continued to receive lease invoices for the old vehicle even though the lease had clearly ended. When I contacted the company, their response was shocking: they blamed me for the inspection not being done and insisted I continue payments. Yet, the dealership fulfilled all their responsibilities. My recommendation? They not only provide subpar vehicles but also act with complete disregard for their customers. And the new vehicle? It’s been recalled twice under 10,000 km for serious issues. Well done, Stellantis. Spread the word.

I am dealing with a second recall on my hybrid vehicle. The potential danger is so severe that I cannot drive it or park it near any structures. There is no solution available yet. This is the second major issue in two years. Representatives from the company only open cases but then provide no follow-up. Thankfully, a class action lawsuit is being initiated. This company should be shut down permanently. I feel trapped with this dangerous lemon they have sold me.
They don't even deserve a single star. In fact, I would give them a negative rating for all the chaos, from their rude customer service to their poor management. My vehicle has been at their repair center for months without a courtesy car. Additionally, they are not accredited with any oversight body, avoiding accountability.
