I purchased a 2025 model and encountered numerous issues. After reaching out for assistance, I spoke with one representative who confirmed I met the criteria for a buyback. A second representative followed up, providing me with a case number and also stated I qualified. She mentioned she would escalate it to management. However, three days later, a third representative contacted me with a new case number, stating she would review my situation. When she got back to me a few days later, she informed me that I did not qualify for a buyback. It feels like they sold me a defective vehicle and are unwilling to provide support when needed. They received my 70,000 dollars and seem indifferent to my concerns. Service after the sale? Far from satisfactory.
