Terrible experience with unethical practices! We purchased a vehicle from a dealer and signed all necessary documents before going on vacation. Upon our return, we received an email stating that the purchase had been cancelled by the main office. After several calls, we learned that it was due to a pricing error and the main office had voided the sale. We were shocked; the price was not excessively low or obviously incorrect, so their actions seem utterly appalling! My husband has been dealing with personal issues, and this purchase was meant to signify a new beginning for us. It’s disgraceful that they can sign a contract and then back out when they made a mistake, leaving us with no car and financial loss from train tickets we bought to collect the vehicle. The main office should be ashamed of their treatment of us. This has only added to our stress during what should be a joyful season, and we are now left scrambling for another vehicle. We are not just numbers; we are real people, and the way we have been treated is unacceptable! I hope that negative publicity and my complaints will help prevent this from happening to others.
