I want to share my experience to highlight the poor practices of this company. My vehicle was taken in for repairs after the hybrid system failed. They informed me that a worn belt needed replacement at a cost of over £600. After a week, the price unexpectedly rose to over £900, but we settled on just over £700 after negotiation. Alarm bells rang when, just weeks later, the car broke down. The roadside assistance found that the belt had snapped. When I contacted the service department, I was met with indifference and told that any previous work was now void because another service had been involved. I was left with the impression that they were more interested in charging than in providing quality service. A repair from another service was done quickly and cost only a fraction of what I had paid. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
