My experience has been absolutely terrible. I was never informed about a critical recall regarding the cam belt, which ultimately caused my car to break down. Attempts to get assistance from the company have been met with inadequate customer service. They seem indifferent to the problems caused by their subpar parts. I will never consider this brand again.
