I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Peugeot. My 2024 Peugeot 3008 (MK74 NNR) became completely immobilised and would not unlock. RAC roadside assistance attended, and only then did the vehicle start showing critical warning messages, including a red STOP warning, “Traction System Failure,” and battery faults.
The car was recovered to Peugeot Liverpool, but I was told the earliest they can book it in is the end of May — several months away. I have been left without reliable transport, with no courtesy car or alternative mobility support offered.
I was told the manager was going to call me back to resolve the issue, but despite three follow-up attempts, I have not received a single call.
For a new car under full manufacturer warranty, this level of service is unacceptable. Peugeot needs to take customer safety and mobility seriously and provide faster, proactive solutions.
