I sent two emails—on 18/12/25 and 29/12/25—requesting the cancellation of my service plan and a refund for any extra payments. I received no response or acknowledgment whatsoever. Having owned six cars, I have never faced such poor customer service. To completely ignore straightforward emails from a paying customer is shocking and unacceptable. This is not merely subpar service; it is a total disregard for customer needs. Due to this experience, I will not consider purchasing from the company again, and I highly recommend that others think twice about their vehicles. If basic communication is this deficient, I can only imagine how other issues would be addressed. Absolutely appalling.
