Not great considering I never bought the car! I cancelled the purchase of the vehicle which was on a pcp deal from the dealership after 2 days. So the car dealership kept the car and the money. I never collected the car and its back up for sale. This financial company says I'm liable until the car dealership pays them back the money. Its bin 2 weeks now and still waiting for the car dealership to pay the money back. This issue should be between the dealership and the financial company.
I wanted to pay off the outstanding balance on my car. I did everything online it was Very easy to do, everything was explained step by step it only took me about 20 minutes which is incredible

Unfortunately, I received no response or acknowledgment. Having had six cars before, I have never experienced such poor customer service. Ignoring straightforward emails from a paying customer is both shocking and unacceptable. This situation reflects a total disregard for customer relations. As a result, I will not consider purchasing again, and I strongly advise others to think carefully before selecting their vehicles. If basic communication is managed this poorly, I can only imagine how other issues would be handled. It’s genuinely appalling.

We have called multiple times to ask the same question, receiving different answers each time. We've been promised that the information would be emailed, but we are still waiting. It would be beneficial if all team members had the correct information for these simple inquiries.
