The member of staff was brilliant, answered my question perfectly. The organisation, however is really quite inflexible and unresponsive, I had a new car over a week but they still took money from my account for the old car, a week later they still hadn't return my money, and I am told it might be another week before I get it back, that's three weeks in total !
