I contacted Stellantis to notify them of the death of my father (who had a finance deal with them). Not only was there no expression of condolence, the call was never noted or acted upon so two weeks later when I rang up to ask why I hadn’t received a settlement letter yet, I was told they had no record of his death so I had to go through the process again.
