I contacted the company via email on two occasions—on 18/12/25 and 29/12/25—requesting to cancel my service plan and a refund for any overpayments. Unfortunately, I received no response or acknowledgment. Having had six cars before, I have never experienced such poor customer service. Ignoring straightforward emails from a paying customer is both shocking and unacceptable. This situation reflects a total disregard for customer relations. As a result, I will not consider purchasing again, and I strongly advise others to think carefully before selecting their vehicles. If basic communication is managed this poorly, I can only imagine how other issues would be handled. It’s genuinely appalling.
