I ordered (#8674) from them on 23/12/25 SR Long Sleeves (£32) and paid on top £21 for delivery. It said delivery in 4-8 business days. I received confirmation for my order but then I received another email letting me know of late delivery and that it will be delivered over the weekend that just passed. I have sent them 3/4 emails for delivery update but haven’t got any sort of response from them. I sent another email asking for a refund if there is any issue with the order but still no reply. Not happy with their service and I personally feel it’s a scam. They come across as legit though as they have over 9k followers on Instagram but only have 5 post which doesn’t add up. I am still waiting for their response. Will not recommend ordering from them at all.Update: 13/02/26After sending numerous emails finally got a reply 3 weeks ago that they are having issue ms with delivery and they have initiated my refund. But as of today still no refund received, however when I sent another email asking for update on my refund I received a reply telling me that my order has been delivered, which is a lie. I have sent another email asking for my refund again. This company is a fraud. Do not order from this company.
