I placed an order (#8460) almost 2 months ago and never received my package. After weeks of waiting and countless messages to their customer service, they promised me a replacement delivery — which also never arrived.
I then asked for a full refund of 62.80 EUR. About 2 weeks ago, they told me I would be refunded and to just wait. Then on February 16th, they once again confirmed in writing that I would receive my money back within 5 to 10 business days.
It has now been over a week since that second promise, and I have still received nothing — no refund, no update, no response unless I reach out myself.
I have to chase them constantly just to get a reply, and every time I do, I get a new promise that leads nowhere. At this point, I genuinely feel like they are deliberately stringing me along to avoid paying me back.
Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money.
