Pans have very hard and unrecoverable glue after you remove their stickers I contacted seller . I was told no customer has ever complained before that I should use cig. What sort of service is this. Appealing for a company that claims to be UK leader . I would expect something like this with cheap pans not with such expensive ones . I tried everything I can to remove and took me over an hour sadly , stains of glue still on my Pan. Very disappointing
