Extremely disappointing quality. I had a frying pan for just two weeks, and it already has numerous scratches in the non-stick surface from using a spatula. I would suggest staying away from this brand. Their guarantee seems worthless; they refuse to replace items, claiming it's due to normal use. It appears you have to avoid using their products for the guarantee to be honored. Definitely avoid.

I bought a set of saucepans for 186 pounds. A week later, they were discounted by 50%. I contacted the company to see if they could offer any compensation. Their response was that they would prefer to lose a sale (me returning them at my expense) rather than provide any discount. The representative was indifferent, and I have decided not to use them again and have returned the pans. Poor marketing and even worse customer service.
