On the same day I had received my items I had emailed to their support email address asking for their address to return the items for a refund. The items have not been unwrapped and can be resold. I have been getting the run around from this company without satisfaction. Now I do not get a reply from them at all. If you buy from this company be prepared to keep it whether you want it or not, once received. Unlike most online companies there is no issue in returns for a refund. This does not speak the same to Stellaya. Please be careful in what you purchase from them.

I like the Hoegoa shampoo for my hair but not the packaging. It may be ideal for travelling but they last very short time in the current format. I would be interested in purchasing it in a bottle rather than in the current packaging. Also there is no one we can contact through the ordering system. I would be also interested in hair conditioners from this brand.
I bought 3 of the Christmas wordfind sheets ($39) and they weren’t worth the paper they were printed on. Half the words were spelt incorrectly and then they didn’t match the words in the word find. The company were uncontactable . Do not waste your money!!!
Awful!! It looks like a scam company. No customer service at all! No phone number, they never responded to my emails, no texting. They only take your money and robbed you. Don’t waste your time, shop somewhere else! Calling credit card to report them and get a refund!
Ordered from them & they charged me $60+ but nothing has been delivered. Tried to get them, by text or Online, but Stellaya.com is not working. No phone to call so avoid ordering anything from them as they don't deliver. Next time I'll check their 20+negative reviews(1.0 out of 5) to avoid ordering from them. 😥 😔
