The information that Heather gave me about my baby was spot on. She has done a great job with painting. Her and making sure that she looks great. And the box opening was amazing. I wasn't expecting all that she sentAnd this baby is in such great condition.I also love the way that Heather kept in contact with me on updates about where my baby was. And when she was gonna be delivered and I'm in awe of how much she looks like a real baby and so soft and cuddly.

This is regarding Mariana Martinez/Martina Marusic. I ordered two dolls from the scammers, I waited for four months for one Gabriella to be made in which the seller was supposed to have made her within 3-4 weeks. The seller kept on making more and more excuses not to make her and made excuses not to send her out when she was finally made. The excuses that the selling scammer would give me was that she had to go to Grandma's house, she had three medical appointments, she had to order clothes for the doll, she had to order more clothes for the doll, she had to order hair for the doll, she would change the dolls eyes to a different color than I had requested, she had to take awhile to put her eyelashes on, even though the eyelashes were supposed to have been put on this doll a long time before this. I would contact the seller and she would not respond. It would take days for her to respond and only after I had contacted her again. Sometimes it would take a week other times it would take up to 2 weeks for her to respond to me. When her excuses were running out she finally claimed that she sent off the Gabriella doll however she did not pay the tariffs on the doll. If she had made the doll when she was supposed to have and had shipped her out than this would not have happened and the doll would have been sent to me without any problem because the tariffs did not come in effect until after August 1, 2025. I had to keep on asking and practically keep on begging her to ship the doll off and she would ignore me however when anyone would ask about her other dolls and would message her regarding those dolls she would respond to them. When i asked for the tracking number the first time she gave me a wrong tracking number, it was to another doll that she had made and had shipped off prior. When I asked about that she told me that it was probably an accident and that she had shipped off 4 dolls that day however when i kept on asking for the proper tracking she would not give me the right one, than finally in October after begging for another month to get the tracking number and her not giving me the tracking number, she said that she would be giving me the tracking number when she got out of school. Well, I have heard those stories before so i said that if I did not get the tracking number than I was contacting Dave and doing a charge back. Of course that put a little fire underneath the sellers butt and she had to give me the tracking number however once again more games from the seller. This time on the tracking paperwork, it showed that the first 5 digits of my address was missing and the zip code was missing as well. When i mentioned that to her she said that the post office did that. I do not know if that was a lie or not however I had been waiting for a long time and i never got my doll. While Gabriella was being made, I stupidly purchased another doll from the seller as well which was a Cammi doll and of course there was excuses after excuses of her not being made like something happening to a microwave malfunctioning or something like that and she had to start all over on Cammi and more and more. I waited three months for Cammi and she was never made. During all of this, a friend of mine contacted Dave who is the owner of reborns.com. Dave told my friend to have me do a charge back since that was not cool that someone would do this and make me wait as long as I did. I did do a charge back since the seller kept on and kept on making excuses regarding the shipping. This morning i received a message regarding the charge back and she was furious since she can't play her little game any longer. I gave her bad feedback in which of course she ran to Dave and Dave had both of my reviews immediately removed. The seller even admitted that she was going to get Cammi finished and than she was going to sell her on reborns.com, after I have been waiting for 3 months for her to be made and sent out. As I am typing this I received an email from Dave and he is just telling me that it sucks to have waited as long as I have and the seller is not a scammer. He is allowing the scammer to get away with everything that she has done to me. He says regardless of my waiting time I am getting my money back so the seller is not a scammer. It just shows how much he really cares about the buyer. All he cares about is the sellers and making a profit for his business. I can not do very much regarding the seller because I stupidly purchased from a seller out of the country in which I should not have ever done and I promised myself that I would never do because if something like what I have went through happens than I would not be able to get my money back. The seller is located in Spain. Also something else that the seller possibly has done was that she asked someone for a review because she has had no reviews since June and now all of a sudden she has got three more good reviews. Today is October 18th.
