Do not buy from this company. I ordered the tote bag after 20 days of tracking it says it was delivered. They sent through some kind of china tracking company and I believe it was never delivered. I have never had an issue before until now. Unable to reach anyone in customer service. This is a total scam. I’m filing a consumer complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM
