Review Time
Communication is near non-existent. I have to raise a fuss to get anyone to respond to me after repeated requests. I kept telling my specialist Crystal repeatedly that there were quarters missing. She would not respond. I got a hold of the supervisor who was helpful, Vanessa. Now I am having difficulty getting her to respond. I have sent the form 8821 multiple times and it is still not on file. The quarters were filed 3 weeks apart becauseof errors on their part and no communication. It has been an awful experience.
My only complaint is that after everything was submitted I asked for some time to get the skinny on what was going to happen next. I was sent an email on 11/21/22 that said "I see you signed the final 941X, thank you. I will reach out to you as soon as I can if you have any more questions." And I have heard nothing since.
I was approached intelligently and with respect. The meetings before engaging ST were informative and helpful without high pressure sales. The processing of our claim was timely and spot on with no push back from the respondent. Settlement of our claim was right in line with the time expectations from our meeting and interaction.
