I ordered something from the website in December. After several weeks, I followed up with no response. When I eventually received a response, I was told that they are busy going through the orders. Another a few more weeks and several follow ups, I was told that the product is no longer in stock and they will refund me. I completed the refund form 3 weeks ago and have still not received my refund. My phone calls, emails and whatsapp messages are being ignored
