SCAMMERS! First of all they gave me a quote with shipping. Then when they had the material ready they kept telling me that the shipping costs are increasing every day! I needed the materials quickly and that’s where they took advantage of me! I visited them in Foshan, they act all nice but never would admit a mistake! I paid like 40% more on shipping and on top of that they sent me faulty products, well knowing it’s not fulfilling my quality standards and this guy Marvin doesn’t even care to send me any refund! STAY AWAY FROM THESE RATS!
I ordered something from the website in December. After several weeks, I followed up with no response. When I eventually received a response, I was told that they are busy going through the orders. Another a few more weeks and several follow ups, I was told that the product is no longer in stock and they will refund me. I completed the refund form 3 weeks ago and have still not received my refund. My phone calls, emails and whatsapp messages are being ignored
