Ordered 07 March 2023. No delivery, telephones not answered. Visited offices, promises were made and not kept, emails not responded to. Cancelled order 05 April 2023 and requested refund. Letter of cancellation was acknowledged and since then no further communication has been received from Step. I don't believe they have any intention of ever fulfilling an order or making any refunds.
