I purchase online with different retailers regularly and this is my worst experience to date. I purchased a black Friday deal for 2k it's been more than 3 weeks of no delivery or communication. I sent an email requesting a cancelation and received a response regarding delivery promised, a week later still nothing. My request is a refund. I provided by banking details with the bank letterhead requesting a full refund a week and a half ago and no one has responded. I do not wish to engage in any sort of business with you.
