Staff are unprofessional, they cannot call you back with ETA dates and keep you updated. Landline hardly gets answered. The receptionist is rude and puts the phone down on customers. I for the Manager to call me back 7 times in the past week via email and phone call and NO ONE calls you back. Bad service, I will never use this company again.
