It's a pity that there is not at 'no-star' option. I am still awaiting my refund for an item that you supplied back in November which was misrepresented on your website. I have submitted all requested information to verify this purchase and have been promised several times that the matter will be settled in 7-10 days. The last promise was made last week that the refund would be made by Thursday 15 December. No refund has been received, no explanation, and now I have to wonder if Step are closed for the Xmas holiday.
