I attempted to reach out via email but got no reply, and the phone number seems to be invalid. Has anyone received their orders lately? Is this just poor management or something more concerning? I finally received an email from a representative confirming they've received my order and are experiencing issues with their online system, and they are handling orders manually. Hopefully, my order is just delayed.

I ordered a framed panoramic print for £790 and received no email confirmation, order number, or any communication. I've attempted to contact the company through the website multiple times without any reply. The contact number listed is invalid. This situation is quite frustrating, especially as I admire the art, and it's disappointing to see such poor management. I strongly advise against ordering from the website.
