Now I'm seeing many negative reviews about similar experiences and I'm starting to wonder if the company is a scam. I tried reaching out via email with no response, and the phone number is not recognized. Has anyone successfully received their order recently? Is this just poor management or something more concerning? I did receive an email from a representative confirming they've received my order and are manually handling the online ordering issues. Hopefully, my order is just delayed.
