I clicked to get a SHEIN box for 9.99 and the payment ended up going to this company who doesn’t offer the product. I reached out and cancelled the membership the same day and it was confirmed and I was told I couldn’t get a refund. I was charged a 2nd time 2 days ago for a service that was supposed to be canceled and then they force you to do a rating on here for a refund. Beware of this company they are a scam!
