Truly one of the worst car insurance companies I have had a policy with. Telephone holding time exceeding an hour just to speak to someone, only to receive the least productive conversation with little to no resolution to the issue. The online portal might as well be redundant as any application for policy changes go ignored, if in the event that you need to amend, cancel or change your policy be warned, you will either be “entitled to no refund” or expected to pay double the previous cost and then some.
